In the past few years renewable energy projects have taken center stage in North Dakota Wind farms along with ethanol and bio diesel plants are being built across the state In all billions of dollars have been invested into the state and small communities In this 30-minute special report we highlight each of these new industries We show you the process of turning Corn into an alternative fuel and how wind turbines catch one of North Dakota s most abundant natural resources and turn it into energy you can use We also take you to the small town of Underwood North Dakota You will see how this small town of nearly 800 people have seen major changes since the announcement of an ethanol plant moving into the area
